Hartmut Kremer`s professional background is characterized by many years of experience as a managing consultant, interim manager as well as a coach of product owners, scrum masters, teams and managers. During his work as an agile coach, he also specialized in the integration of agile methods in rather “IT distant” areas, e.g. in marketing, sales or costumer-service management.
He is an expert for scalable agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, Nexus or Spotify, being certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe 4 Program Consultant (SPC) and SAFe 4 Agilist (SA).
His experience with agile tools and methods range from design thinking and lean startup over to scrum, kanban and scrumban. He is able to provide a solid theoretical background with pragmatical adaptation to the respective context.
Hartmut successfully acts as a trainer for consultants of one of the leading German management consultancies in the field of digital transformation, e.g. on “Scaled Agile (SAFe)”, digital transformation and agile methods, leading his clients to desired objectives.
To be in constant exchange with other agile enthusiasts he founded the “Agile at Scale Meetup” in Cologne.
